Building Owner Tax Credits
You may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $1.80 per square foot on new and existing commercial buildings if you can show a 50% heating, cooling, water heating and interior lighting savings, as designed to meet ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2001.
